You message subscribers on a creator's account — building the conversation, answering, and selling content. It is sales by message, and the people who do well read tone quickly and stay consistent across a long shift.
Scheduling posts, uploading content, keeping accounts organised and the day running. Some VAs move into chatting; some stay in operations and run the schedule for a group of accounts.
Everything is done from home on a laptop with a stable connection. Shifts are planned around the time zone you actually live in, not the one we do.

A short form and a few timed tests. About 25 minutes, done whenever suits you.
Short videos on the work and how we run it, then questions on them. Nothing else to prepare.
Around 30 minutes with a person, on camera. We want how you think, not what you memorised.
Contract, an identity check, and a team leader for your first days.
Answers about the process. Anything about a specific role — hours, pay, schedule — is set on that role and covered before an offer.
It depends on the role, and each role says so on its own card. Where experience is not required, the assessment decides — we would rather read how you think than a CV.
Each role shows its own estimate, worked out from the tests that are actually switched on for it rather than a round number. Do it in one sitting, on a laptop, somewhere quiet.
Your answers are saved in your own browser as you type, so you can come back to the same link and carry on. The timed parts are the exception — those need one clean run.
No. The timed tests are one attempt, which is why it is worth starting when you have the time rather than when you have a minute.
At the end of every stage, either way. Most of the first stage is decided immediately and you see the result on screen. If you are ever left waiting with no word, reply to the email we sent you and chase us — that is our failure, not yours.
No. Where a role does not require it, the assessment decides — we would rather see how you read a conversation than what your CV says. People start here with no chatting experience at all, and some of them are team leaders now.
It is remote work with a real agency managing real creator accounts. The terms — hours, how you are paid, the schedule — are set per role and are on the role itself and in your contract before you start. We do not put pay claims in a banner because they differ by role.
A laptop or desktop — a phone is not enough for this work — a stable internet connection, and written English good enough to hold a conversation someone is paying for. The assessment checks the connection and the typing so nobody is set up to fail on day one.
They are kept, so we can check our own requirements against who actually works out. They are not shared outside the hiring team, and you can reply to any email from us and ask for them to be deleted.
